I Won This 32 Ford Composite Body 3 Window Coupe
This 1932 Ford sits on a full Fat Man Chassis, 350HO 330HP GM crated engine, and a TH700 transmission. Chassis includes fully boxed American Stamping rails, Model A style crossmember, engine & transmission mounts, chrome front & rear spreader bars, Chrome front axle, suspension with 4 in. drop axle mounted with hairpins, shocks, perches, shackles, springs, kingpin covers, new plain iron spindles, 11 inch rotors & calipers, new Saginaw 525 steering box with chrome pitman arm, drag link, tie rod and ends, manual pedal system with dual master cylinder for 4 wheel discs, 9 inch rear with new axles and bearings mounted on triangulated four bar with aluminum coilovers with chrome springs & used open gearset, new rear discs, all iron parts, a park brake system, plumbed with DOT approved SS hoses and double flared steel lines.
I copied and pasted most of the above statement from the website where I won this coupe at a car show July 9th.
I've been looking at lots of hotrod books, and been in contact with Horton Hot Rods for prices on parts.
I would appreciate and ideas as to where I should start from here. The coupe is primed with a green gel-coat. The final color is going to be black cherry with tan interior.
Thanks in advance
Eric
Sorry for your loss of friend Mike McGee, Shine. Great trans men are few and far between, it seems. Sadly, Mike Frade was only 66 and had been talking about retirement for ten years that I know...
