????????32 3W door handle location????????
I want to put some outside door handles on my fiberglass 32 Ford 3 window coupe body. Can someone with an original steel 3w please measure how far down from the CENTER of the body line and how far back from the front edge of the door the FRONT mounting screw is. Thanks

I will ... on Thursday ...
the doors are off the 3W right now and I have them stored at another location ...Going 33 and 1/3 rpms in a IPOD world

I'm sure Randy's dimensions will help. When I did mine I just eyeballed it from a picture for close. Depending on how the manufacturer of your body built the door inside and what you use for linkage might force you to juggle it some anyway.

Thursday came one day EARLY
Had to go to the warehouse today ... so I took the measurement a day early.

Thank you very much. It is hard to tell, are the screw holes one directly above the other (verticle), or are they canted at the same angle as the front of the door edge?

They are parallel to the door edge.
