New-age 5-window body
Okay. I'll try again! I just picked up the 5-window body I ordered from them in August and overall I'm happy with it. I ordered it with pretty much all the options - cowl vent, flip out windshield, roll down rear window, stock deck lid handle setup, 3" chop, and they're all right on. There are a couple of areas I'm not that happy with tho, but they can be fine tuned by me. The cowl edge where the lacing goes is pretty thick and nothing like a stock one - I like the way it's done on the Wescott body of my roadster a lot better. The door frames, between the outer door skin and the inner panel, are not detailed very well. I'd think that when they go to all the work to make the rest of the body look "real" they'd finish these areas off better. The outer door skins were separated in a few spots from the inners where they bonded them, but I've already epoxied them back together so that's done. The body was well secured and packed in a sealed area at the front of the trailer it left Conneticut in so I don't know how the separating could have happened on the trip out here, but the guys at New-Age assured me they didn't leave their place that wayAnyway, I'm still glad I went with their body and I'll post some pics as things progress. If anyone wants to discuss it any more feel free to E-mail me at deuceguy@shaw.ca.

We managed to get a couple of other small things taken care of. One was blacking out the front of the core support. When the sun hit the front of the car just right that green paint on the core...
