Not leather--not on a roadster. I would use a high quality vinyl that has the look and feel of leather (Allente for example). Don't use the Ultraleather brand as it is too thin and will not hold up well (I don't know if you were using "ultra-leather" as a generic term for vinyl or not). Personally, I don't like what leather looks like after several years of use so I have always used vinyl for my interiors. When I sold my roadster, the ten-year-old vinyl interior looked as good as the day I picked it up from the interior shop.
