    Hood

Trying to mount just a top hood on my '32 3 win. Does anyone have pics of how to attach hood to grille shell and cowl. Thanks for any help.

Do I assume you are not running hood sides? If so, you could use Dzus fasteners. www.racerpartswholesale.com/dzus.htm

I used 1/2" square tubing attached to the firewall and radiator shell. Then used 1/4 -20 bolts through lip of hood thru tubing. I use acorn nuts on the bottom. See attached pics.

Your welcome. I guarantee this is a very stable installation. I'm going to be adding hood side panels to my A bone this winter. I plan on using the dzus fasteners.

Good luck. Email me if you have questions
