The 32 coupe, 5 window I just bought has NO weatherstripping around the doors or trunk yet. When I drive the car, the doors clank when I hit bumps! They are adjusted perfect as they close/open and latch very well.

The guy I bought the car from said there is not really any "specific" weatherstripping to buy for the car since they all have different gaps to fill and very in width. Is this true?

In the end I want to buy some for the doors and the trunk. Where is the best place to buy it? Also, does the weatherstripping go around the actual door or does it go around the door frame (on the body) and the door closes up against it?
