Looking for pics of a Deuce that was built in the 80`s
I grew up and spent alot of time in the Central Florida area. During the mid 80`s to about 93 I used to have a Chevy truck that I would go to car shows. There I met a guy that had a `32 Ford 3 window...I think it was a 3 window. Absolutely awesome car. Tons of machined billet parts of the car[ I think he worked at a machine shop] The car had in the trunk and on several places on the car the label "Super Duece" Has anyone heard or seen of this car? Maybe have any pics of it?

Did this car also have a logo design with an "S" similar to the Superman logo? Was it painted red?

I saw the car at Pigeon Forge,TN many years ago, it was either the Grand Run or the Shades of the Past. You're right, it was an amazing car for the time period, absolutely stunning. I remember the "S" Superman style logo was all over the car, on the engine, in the interior, the steering wheel horn button, and in the trunk. I took pics of the car, they are stashed away somewhere, not sure I know exactly where, it's been over 20 years ago. If I find them, I'll let you know.

Has anyone ever checked out Hot Rods of Dearborn? Some really great stuff from the early (40's and 50's) days. Tons of pictures. Also there is a website called "Carnut" it has 105k pictures, any year, any make. I like to go to the "32" section and the Chevy section (32) there's alot of picture. Alos there is the Mukenthaler. Several thousand pictures (slideshow) of California cruises. I hope this adds duel to the fire..........t

I have some photos of that car somewhere. My dad knew the fellow that did a lot of the machined parts for it. He had given my dad an 8 X 10 photo of it a while back. I'll see if I can find it and scan it.I may not be good but I sure am slow

I still have not found the photo/s samsonized. Bud Reid's shop is the machininst I mentioned earlier. I was at his shop and he is the one who gave me the photo/s I have but that has been a while. Mike Adams closed shop for a while but has since reopened. I believe it is still named Adam's Rod Shop. He is in West Palm Beach, Florida. He might know where it is at. I'll renew my picture search.I may not be good but I sure am slow

Please give us some history on the Deuce. How long did you have it? Drivetrain?
