Need Some Help - 32 Coupe Radiator - Engine spacing

Dropped the motor and trans in the car today and it looks like the motor mounts are in fact correct. Temporarily mounted the radiator (Walker) and the space between the motor and the radiator is pretty tight. I had planned to use a March Revolver system for the Alt/AC and belt system but it looks like if I do there would only be 3/4" inch between the radiator and the idler cover on the water pump. The electric fan shroud I want to use needs about 3 1/2 inches.

Any suggestions or ideas on what has worked for others?

    Thanks

    Dan

I do not know WHY ... anyone would use a electric fan.

A Zips water pump riser and a belt driven mechanical fan keeps my 430 HP roadster ...cool ... right on the thermostat and I live in the HOT, HUMID SOUTH

NightBird. Walker Radiator Works has a combination electric fan and shroud that's much thinner. Good luck.

Also Mattson has that Sidewinder fan. It's very thin & you can clock the motor for clearance.

Steves32.....Thanks that is really cool....I will take a look at it. 36tudor, I already looked at the matching part for the Walker and it is too thick. I will post pictures of my weekend progress later tonight.

Thanks guys for the ideas and comments.
