    Boptop finally installed

After 18 long months. I finally broke down and installed the top on my roadster. I was a little hesitant but finally bit the bullet and just went for it. It actually went pretty smooth, and I am very happy with the results. Let me know what you guys think.

Thanks. Ya I took those pics with the cell phone, I will follow up with some better pics tomorrow, It's actually black and copper, with a lime green stripe seperating the colors. I think we got it pretty damn tight. I took it on the highway today, and didn't seem to flap at all. I think it helped that we installed it on a 95 degree day, so I don't think that there is much stretch left in the frabric. I guess only time will tell.

Looks good to me. If you decide you want a fiberglass one also, let me know, I have a Wescott that looks like a 33 coupe top. Edd

Nice job with the BopTop. Looking forward to more detailed pics. I have a '34 roadster that I want to install a DuVall on and it will need a top. I built a frame and top for the car to work with the original windshield, much like a BopTop, but I still want a DuVall, if I can find one.
    Thanks for sharing,
    Mike

Nice looking Bop top and I do love Duval windshields. They make a roadster look like it is going 100 mph even when it is parked. Hope you will post some bigger and more detailed photos of your roadster. It would be nice to see the top from the back so we can see your rear window. I had my top custom made so I could have my Phipps oval rear window in place or I can zip it out to talk with someone riding in my rumble seat or just enjoy the fresh air flowing through. I sure like the look of your deuce!!!!!
