Don,
I guess that's one of the problems with the internet - the Gibbon name is still out there, and the "press release" says that they have moved to a new state of the art facility in VA but it appears that is more than two years old (sometime in 2007).Roger
Enjoy the little things in life, and you may look back one day and realize that they were really the BIG things.

I have not seen anything beyond the press release. My guess is the economy has put a damper on any new startup body manufacturer.
Supposedly someone purchased the molds an was going to resume operations. Also, a rumor heard was that new bodies were going to be built again in Nebraska by Kyle Bond.
BUT - if Kyle Bond has anything to do with either company, I would not walk, but RUN as fast as possible, spend the money on almost any other 'glass body (if that's the choice) or one of the steel body manufacturers.Dave W
I am now gone from this forum for now - finally have pulled the plug
Sorry for your loss of friend Mike McGee, Shine. Great trans men are few and far between, it seems. Sadly, Mike Frade was only 66 and had been talking about retirement for ten years that I know...
