Bob,
In my experience CHR is not the place to buy & sell as much as it is the place for technical Q&A, advice and experience as well as socializing. In fact, all posts in the "For Sale" section get locked immediately, as they often get ugly fast. All interest is handled via PM or e-mail. If you haven't had any bites on your WTB a Swaybar I'd say no one has anything that meets your needs.Roger
Enjoy the little things in life, and you may look back one day and realize that they were really the BIG things.

This place has been quite busy, compared to others I've tried. I think the membership is pretty large. It is also a very friendly place, compared to most.
I would simply assume that nobody, who has checked out the swaybar ad has what you want... or the car offered for sale doesn't happen to interest them.
For sales, you might try Craig's List, or Ebay, if you want immediate offers.

I assume that if you want a sway bar that you probably don't have stock suspension---a little more info or a dozen pics would help out

Sometimes people expect too much of a forum. I see people post questions on here, and other forums, all the time and if no one has an answer right away they get the impression they are being ignored, when it could be simply that no one has an answer to give. Or, in your case, no one has a sway bar to sell.
I'm lucky enough to be on several excellent, friendly forums, and CHR ranks right up at the top of that list. If someone has some help they can give they are only too eager to jump in and offer it. You also have to realize that we all do this in our spare time and have lives outside the internet, so your thread might not even be seen by someone who can help for days or weeks.
Just have patience. (Or buy a new sway bar, how much can they cost? )

I always find the best way to get something you want is going and buy the part, then a few days later everyone has one for sale.

Bob, I'd start checking out the salvage yards. Bet you could find something that would work for ya under the front or back of a Camry or Accord.

Look for "U-Pull-It", "Pull & Save", "Pick-A-Part", ""Pick-and-Pull" or something similar. The true "salvage yards" are not into selling parts anymore. I think you will find some self service yards in Michigan if you really look - maybe not in your back yard, but they are there. What about the Speedway universal?Roger

Thank you Roger. .
