    As sum of ya may know, I reshot my Vicky last week, in SHINY COLOR.
    Well 1 day after listing it 4 SALE on a few differant venues.
    IT SOLDGoin th New York, Loadin up the trailer on Thrusday and headin out Friday.
    Hmmmmmmmm, me with and empty trailer and 1200 miles from home.
    Gotta be sum thin out there that'll drive in that trailer B4 I get back to OK.
    When I get to where I was goin, I forgot why I went there>

    Congratulations, Don!! I thought the deuce looked very cool with the satin black, and especially with the Bonneville logo on the doors but I can't disagree with Mike on the flat/suede/primer look. Kind of like Harvest Gold or Avocado Green appliances in a house - ya' know it's from the 70's....

    Certainly hope you're right, Mike... Maybe also that a lot of people, self included, when they see the flat paint cars get to wondering just how bad things are underneath that it's hidden with flat paint??? Shiny and buffed shows up all the dirty little secrets and requires more work to get right.

    I saw the photos on the "other site" and IMHO, much better. Suede isn't my favorite 'color' nor are logos painted on a car (truck, fine)

    my dream is to have the 27 body so clean that i can pull off a nice coat of paint.
    i dont know if thati s EVER gonna happen.....
    a hot rod is whatever i decide it is.
