Don,
You may say I'm wrong, but seems to me that anyone who's paying for a new build today better plan on holding the car for a long time, and anyone who's thinking of a new build paying retail prices for all the parts/pieces can get upside down quickly. Again, they need to be planning to hold the car long term. There's simply too many cars out there that were built right, often with the owner paying top dollar shop labor rates for a total build. that are now being marketed to cash out, often at $0.50 on the dollar or less. Just saying that there are a lot of really good buys out there for the guy who looks around and has some contacts. I'd think this is the ideal time to buy, just before the warm weather gets here.Roger

Yer right there Rog.
But believe it or not, most of the shops I know of are loaded with work.
Dealing with a differant clientel than most who post here.
Plenty of people out there with dispoable income.
And yer right again, I got this 1 for 65% of the cost of parts. When I get to where I was goin, I forgot why I went there>
