Hey All!!! I have Aldan coilovers on the rear of my 32,long story short the one shaft came apart and the spring and cup went across the street, the shock dropped and the shaft was dragging on the road and ruined the threads and adjuster.(my fault) called Aldan and explained what happen(told me to send shock to them)cost me $13.70 med flat rate with $100.00 ins.I live in Pa.,Aldan is in Calf.Mailed it the 19th of March received it back today the 28th fixed with no charge. Aldan are AAA+++ in my book. Great experience!! Pete

YES X 2 I did not even buy the shocks from them(they were on a roller I got)They did not care they just fixed it and sent it back(even paid return postage) Class act!! Pete

It's good to hear that a company will still stand behind their products.
Usually we only hear from someone when a company screws up so good on you for giving them a shout out with thumbs up!

My 2 cents.

Some companies spend thousands of dollars in advertising "pushing" their product, good companies take care of their customers and get millions of dollars in free advertising from their customers!!!! I built a steel Deuce sedan for a friend of mine in the mid 80's, he still drives it with the original Aldan's still on the back.......

Ed from New Age had a problem with one of my Aldan shocks ( I was spelling it Aldin for 1bad32), but I can't remember if it was the same problem or not. They sent him a new shock. Maybe he will read this and email me what the original problem was. You gotta love a company that will stand behind their product. Nothing in this world is perfect, but we as Americans expect a company to be perfect in making things right; it's what we are all about.

I don't know but I think I would throw it in the dumpster and go buy another set before I left my car on jack stands for 3 months........ted

If you are referring to the original post the shock was sent and repaired and returned in 10 days!! From Pa to California and back! Pete
