Jack at Fast Lane did a good job pulling everything together to build that coupe for you. I hope it provides you with a lot of enjoyment over the years.

If you decide on side pipes and your wife or grandkids (any kids) ever ride with you then at some time in your future you will be dealing with a leg burn or worse, and the scar from a good exhaust burn stays with a person for a loooong time. I've cooked my arm a couple of times on my lake pipes, and I really worry any time a kid gets near with it running, or recently shut down. They will heat up enough to cook flesh to medium rare within thirty seconds or so, and hold the heat for a few minutes after shutdown.

Amen to that. I have header tattoos fifteen years after-the-fact to prove it!

You can be "extra careful" each and every time you exit the car but the time will come when you get distracted and when you hear a sizzling sound then get a sniff of burning skin even before you feel the pain, you're going to think OMG what did I just do!!

Good luck with the side pipes.
