Generally I seriously dislike Facebook but I put in a join request anyway. I figure hanging around with the CHR Head Dunce has to be better than hearing every life changing detail from my nieces such as bad hair days, manicures.

Dislike? Facebook??? Hmmmm.. I am trying to think of a "stronger" word than dislike... I'd prefer a dull stick into the eyes fwiw... Sorry, just my opinion!

I enjoy facebook very much. There are those who over post and those that use it for their own political agenda, etc. etc. but I just skip right over their posts. It allows me to stay in touch daily with my daughter and grandkids who live far away and also communicate regularly with the hot rod guys I graduated from high school with over 40 years ago and would very seldom communicate with otherwise. And when we travel to car shows we post photos on facebook to let them know how good the car show is and how much fun we are having.

Both myself, and wife are members,,and I know what you mean about the inane posts from some people on there..So I skip a large chunk of it,and get on with business,,speaking of which,,is very good..We also have a page for the business,,which may,or may not get us extra work,,but gets us out there,,along with the website,,some hilarious comments from friends, who poke a bit of cr*p at me from time to time..It has also enabled me to catch up with some old school friends,,one I havent seen for near 40 years.. Have also caught up with a good friend,Nathan Devine, who is in Tennessee now.. (freezin his butt off)... I think it will work in different ways for different people,,especially the drama queens, who have to make sure EVERYONE knows their business... For us,,it's just as much a business tool,as it is a way of catching up with folk in various places,,,like Michigan, for instance..Micah 6:8
If we aren't supposed to have midnight snacks,,,WHY is there a light in the refrigerator???

"""Michigan""""hahaha yes I frequent Facebook. It is not for anyone who takes themselves serious. Some of the drama queens are a lot of fun to listen to. I to keep in contact with guys I went to school with I've known them 50 years or more but they live to far to see all the time The grand kids ..Others like in New Zeland, Sweeden, and the boy in the Persion Gulf This is a good tool "IF you don't take it seriously", You'll find I too am in a relationship with Chris..Charlie
Lovin' what I do and doing what I love
