Any Advice on Adding a Top to a Straight Up Roadster?

    Hey all...
I'm thinking of adding a top on my 32. TX is hot and I feel it would add usable time for my ride. I don't want to spend a lot but i do want some good leads / links on recommended brands and how to's. Or...
Is this a project best left to a shop that does this full time?
    Thx Red 32

That's "DA34GUY" - seems like Sid Chaver's "Bop Top" is one I see most often - Sid Chavers Co. - Auto Interior Artist - Home of the "Bop Top" Don can give you the scoop on what he uses though, like Shine says. You might look at Denny's top, too - SG4356, car's in his avatar.

^ I like that suggestion. Mine came with a Chavers Bop Top and it seems to work and fit well. But I took it off a while back and hope to never use it. I stocked up on sun-block, though the sun in TX is probably a lot bigger than around here.

RODTOPS in Michigan has been around for a long time and is pretty nice. It folds up into a bag you store in the trunk. I just had my 97 RODTOP repaired by them about 2mo ago.
