    I was thinking what ever happened to deuce from deuceland sc. last activity was 4\22\2011 almost 2 1\2 yrs ago hope he is ok and didn't to club hot rod in the sky......ted

    Ted, Randy did in fact suddenly pass away, as I recall about 3-4 months ago.

    I am sorry to hear that we pmed each other back when he was building his 3 window he used bob kennedy who lives here in whittier and did the wood graining on my dash and window frames over 30 yrs ago randy had a couple of real nice deuces and a collection of some really nice parts a lot of nos deuce stuff that's tough to find these days oh if we could get that stuff now like we did in 1971 when I got my 32....ted

    Just ran across this post this morning. Hate to hear this. Randy was very knowledgeable when it came to the Deuce. This will be missed. He and Henry have most likely had several conversations about them by now.

    Randy had a history of heart problems, and once stated he died on the table while having heart surgery some years ago. I met him at the SR Nationals around 2004. He really knew his stuff. We were lucky to have his expertise for as long as we did. RIP.
