New/ OLD 32
While travelin out to Lars in June a buddy from Alabama (runnin with the Greybeards) tells me about a 32 5 winder he knew about, that was built in the 60's.
Really peaked my interest, get back and it's still on my mind.
Then get a call from a guy that wants to buy my roadster. Well that went great, so now I got a pocket full of $$$'s and no car (except the 34 Vicky that isn't quite finished) So I make a call to Alabama and 3 days later I own an all steel 32 5 winder with a lot of history, 327 with 3x2 350 trans and a 9"rear.
Put a set of tires on it, new front shocks and have already put over 2000 miles on it.
While @ Salina KS K>K>O>A> show Dan Greenberg did a photoshoot on it for the mags.

Dan Greenberg takes a nice photo and I do admire the way he captures the cars beside old buildings to compliment the car. Some more excellent photo's for your filing cabinet Don. I like the '32 but personally prefer the '33 / '34 Fords but I wish I had the coin to purchase that car from you whenever the for sale notice goes on it.I maybe a little crazy but it stops me going insane.

I live not too far from Don and just had to see this car up close. I was truly impressed with what I saw. It is what I would describe as an unrestored 1960's "hot rod". It is the real deal. The car most certainly has character. The body and paint show their age with small dings, minor fender bead damage and faded and chipped multiple layers of lacquer paint that has been spot primed with red oxide primer, and yet it still looks good. The 327 Chevy engine is as quiet as any I can remember; just a fantastic running engine. The rest of the running gear was the basic TH350, nine inch Ford, Posies parallel rear leaf setup, and straight axle front end that was popular for the sixties era. The ride we made in this car was a blast. I was very surprised at how tight the body was. As I mentioned earlier, this car has "true character"; a real "hot rod". Thanks for the ride Don.

Porch dog, why does Don have to ride along, surely he trusts you to take it for a spin and bring it back.

Shine, believe it or not, once I took the shelf out and shoved the seat back 5 " and had the back cushion redone, you and I would both fit no problem. Had a guy as big or bigger than you in it up in Salina cruisin around.
Lotsa room in this puppyWhen I get to where I was goin, I forgot why I went there>
