The only thing you'll see of the rollover vent valve is a brass fitting on top of the tank. The "guts" of the valve are inside the tank. Here's a link to Tanks, Inc and their valve - In Tank Rollover Vent Valve You can also see their whole line of tank accessories by scrolling back. On your '32 the tank is held with three bolts through the frame, two on the driver's side and one on the passenger, There's a painted cover atop the tank, too. I expect you may need to remove your rear spreader bar, support the tank, remove the bolts and then lower a bit to let the tank slide out the back, between the frame rails. Sounds like you've got some crud in the tank, like Pepi mentioned earlier.

Thanks pepi. I'll have to wait and get it to a shop for that. Been doing this on my back. The car is to low to do much around the tank.

We had moved the original fuel filter (not the one I installed) to the back by the tank. Bought a jack and a pair of jack stands at Harbor freight. Jacked up the back and looked under to check out the filter. It was a metal one (ratz) Got a clear filter. Removed the metal one and YUK black crap ran out. I'll keep an eye on the filter and change if it gets ugly. Going to the shop next weekend.
    Thanks again guy's
