Any '32 tank bolts to the top of the rear rail extensions, so in that sense it's a "bolt in". The key to this swap is the rear rail extensions. '32 rail extensions are repoped and readily available, mostly for folks trying to resurect old frames that have been butchered or bobbed. A 15 gallon tank full of fuel is going to weigh in at around 125#, so you probably want to weld them up to the rear of your A frame.
