    anyone ever use a tci competion trans in a strret strip car i was thinking about getting one. the full manual shift migt be fun just as long as the trans could handle every day driving

    I had a TH400 in my Nova it was a behind a bada** roller small block on the spray! It did not have the manual valve body but it did shift pretty hard! I had nothing but good luck with it in that car! Now that combination is in a 37 woody!
