new to forum..I have a 67 merc that i'm getting back on the road after 20 years.it has a roll bar that I got at a swap meet..does it need certified or anything?? It's basically decorative & Im not running slicks.& not looking to spend a bunch of cash to comply with rules@ the track.Thanks!
