Here is a favorite shot I found on the net!
It reminds me of the early '60s when we would hop the fence, and lay under the guardrail, near the Indy finish line. All you could see was rooster tails, and all you could hear was blower whine,........ until they blasted past.....at OVER 200! It seemed incredibly fast back then. :-)

Actually, I still don't have it right---its as hard as me building a model, the real thing was easier, but I did find a couple new pics
Trying to go back and forth from OCIR site and ClubHotrod was hard and I think I flubbed something
