So Close....... But...
We spent this past Sunday at the Nostalgia Drags at New England Dragway in Epping, N.H.. I managed to get in two complete passes, each one better than the previous one. I was trying to upgrade my license from a class "c" which is good down to 8.0, to a class "b" which is actually a Top Sportsman license. I needed tow passes better than 8.0 and missed it by 9 hundredths.
The first pass was an 8.05 at 170 and the second pass was a 8.00 at 172.98. So close, but yet so far away. Maybe next time?Mike Casella

The nitrous works flawlessly now. We eliminated all the past electrical misery we have had since putting the car together by installing a complete wiring harness from Spaghetti Menders http://www.racewiring.com . We were using a two stage timer along with a rack of relays. This kit uses a Digiset timer that is so simple to use, it's a crime. Check out their web site and you'll be amazed at the simplicity. I removed a total of 17lbs of old wiring, and replaced it with the 6lbs that his kit weighs. Using that kit also allowed me to remove the second battery and cables that we had in there, another 50lbs gone in an instant.Mike Casella
