Takes a bit of carb work to switch to E-85 but if you're going to run high compression it's definitely worth it. Locally, it runs 104 to 106 octane and the price today was $1.42. AED sells E-85 calibrated carbs as well as a few other companies... We run a Vindicator modified carb on a BBF, flows 930 CFM and works fantastic at 12.5 CR!!!! The extra octane also allows you to run a bit more on the timing which generally will help performance, too Should be a shop or two in your area well versed in the necessary mods. IMO, definitely worth checking in to.....Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, Live for Today!
