    The track is long enough, and I have plenty of braking power but, the IHRA rule book states that any vehicle capable of 150 MPH must have 1 parachute, anything over 200 must have 2. I just have to follow the rules. The bar is just to keep concrete off the bumper. Besides, I wouldn't mind having two wheels off the ground, it's when four of them don't contact, that I'd get concerned.

    Yeah he has a chute but does not need it because are track has a long run off but I think if you are faster than 10 seconds in NHRA they are required to be on your car

    Per the NHRA Rule Book.

    "4.4 PARACHUTE

    Mandatory on any car with top speed in excess of 150 mph (241.4 km/h). "

    I don't know if a fly can do the windshield grip, but a hilljack (with enough alkyhol) would sure try............
