Wowzer Zowzer!
Jerry – that’s just plain awesome. We’ve never met face to face but like many here, I have always admired you and have nothing but the utmost respect for your work. I loved that rear engine look and the design was way ahead of the pack. I followed you guys after I was drafted and left Southern California and remember when you beat Prudhomme for Top Fuel in 1971(?) - That was some race – I know Don remembered it!
Seeing the Pontiac brings back memories of great times of a bygone era at the drags – I still don’t need much to get goose bumps if I catch a whiff of fuel and my ears have been ringing for the last forty years.
Congratulations Jerry! You’re an icon in the drag racing kingdom and it’s wonderful to see the car and the smiles that it has already brought. If I never get the pleasure of meeting you here – I’ll sure drop by your pit in heaven! You’ve done well my friend and I really appreciate all that you share on this site. This Tribute is icing on the cake!
My Sincere Regards,
Glenn"Where the people fear the government you have tyranny. Where the government fears the people you have liberty." John Basil Barnhil

That is about as close to perfection as a man can build...incredible. I hope it can be let out on a visual tour so people can see and appreciate it, that thing has got personality and kids need to see it.
Congratulations is too small a word sometimes but it is the best i can do and i am sure you understand.
Thanks Jerry
