Well I wish NHRA would open the gate and give me a free weekend! Everytime I go to a national meet I am stuck in the stands ALL DAY! I love watching ALL the races, heck I even enjoy each and every time trial!!!
I enjoy all the classes, but I could watch Super Stock day and night for a month straight.
Since the first time one car won a race, it became about money, cause speed costs buckets of the stuff, And the big names spend the most.
I wish NHRA could work out a deal and get televised coverage for more events etc.. but drag racing is now a niche market and even speed channel doesn't cover everything NHRA. So I watch what I can when I can when it's available. And no I don't have speed channel just espn... 8-(

Does anyone know if after a major crash like this one does the driver have to take a physical to re-license??. These are our, athletes does NHRA follow up on them??. Sure they some walk way,but that doesn't mean they are not a hurting unit nor does it mean they won't suffer long term effects of the crash in yrs to come.
