If you have a good sound system hooked up to your computer, this is one of those times you have to crank it up! Right click and save target as.

The link was broken, but it's all fixed now. Dan J will get kicked out of the house when he gets ahold of this one.

I have the rest of that pass. Unfortunately he had a little trouble keeping it straight and had to get out of it at about the 60' mark. He slid thru the traps at 10.90 @68 MPH.

You should see the video my sweet wife took of my last run at he drags. It was the first time she used our new camera and dopey me didn't give very good instructions. Talk about not keeping the subject in the viewfinder, it looked like there was an earthquake going on during the run. She was so dissappointed that she didn't get the pass, and all I did was say "oh well, next time" I didn't realize how much trash was under the stands till I watched the clip.

I've been out of town for several days, and I'm trying to catch up on my CHR buddies' postings... I JUST HAD TO stop here and download the burnout!!! Played it about 6 times in a row at full volume, and my lovely wife told me to grow up

    Thanks!

Dan, you're gonna have to take her to the drags so she can see all the other ungrownup guys enjoyin all the NOISE!!! Maybe you could sneak a tiny speaker under her pillow and let it play in a loop all night, when she gets up in the morning, she'll be hooked like the rest of us kids.

Hey Pro60, I was taking this same lovely little lady to the drag races over 30 years ago and she didn't mind it so much then.... we were "courting" you know I think I'll leave well enough alone, and not try the tiny little speaker thing. But, thanks for the advice (well maybe not)

That's funny Dan. I'm sure she'll grow to love it over time. I have my wife drive the car into the trailer, and she loves it. The first time was a bit scary, I actually had to jump up on the hood. But now she's used to it and knows when to stop. She has even asked when it's gonna be her turn to take it for a spin.

you should have seen the video my wife (artist extraodinar) took. She thought it would be cool to turn the video camera sideways!!!! for wide angle she says. Take pictures and think about the results later LOL. She still can't figure out what happened. She said the camera is supposed to know which way is up or down....doesn't it??? Wasn't my fault.

Guess we know why we men will go to Mars before Venus.
