Yeah you could do that. Ok here's the problem... The 4V Cleveland had heads that no small cubed engine could breath efficiently. The ports are so big and flow so much, you'd just about need a supercharger to get any real efficiency out fo them. Now the 2V heads are a bit different. They have more efficient ports that work better witht he smaller cube engines. however, unlike the 4V head, the 2V head has HUGE combustion chambers thus dropping the compression Ratio quite a bit. The 4v chambers are much smaller and are a better design. And Lately the best remedy is the Aussie 351C 2V head whis had the 2V ports but also has combustion chambers just like a 4V head. You could say the Aussie head is the best of both worlds.

I say your cleveland is still worth saving as somebody is always looking for Cleveland stuff or at least a good core for a resto or retro racer. You've got a 4V engine and they are the best of the best. Heck, if you were close to me, I'd even talk a little turkey with ya as I'm considering building a race 351C just to be a little different than the crowd.
