well i found the problem ... took off the intake, and found the huge gaping crack most of the way down the driver side of the vally now i need a short block... anybody have one for a decent price? since im going with a short block, how bout a 383 or 400. 350 is just fine, actually any small block will work, but i do not want a 305. and i prefer 4 bolt main definately. anybody with an engine for sale cheap... or maybe even an old rusted out beater truck or car with a good engine.... email me at clifford.rice@us.army.mil thanks for the help everyone
