Question Need Help finding Proper Heads For 305

I have a question regarding proper heads for a 305 HO 10:1 Chevy. The heads I've been using are #3986388 which are for a 307, 1968-1971 and 350, 1972-1976. In addition to having small valves, I also don't think the the CC's are correct. I think the proper head for this engine is #140144416 which has larger valves and 58 CC's. The shops that I've talked to said not to use this head because it's a light casting. Is this a problem? Does anybody have any suggestions? I'm not related to Bill Gates. so I would like to find used heads and rebuild them
