Horsepower Website?
hey i was wondering if any of y'all know of any websites that will tell me the power specs for almost any vehicle.
i have been looking on the internet latley for various vehicles wondering what type of horsepower they have and i find that it is very difficult.
i don't know if there is maybe a site that will tell me the horsepower for every chevy ever made, or every ford or dodge, etc. but if anyone knew of a site like that could you tell me please.

You won't find it all at any one site. You'll have to hunt. But one thing to keep in mind is that most HP numbers, especially since the '60's is fudged up or down for the desired PR spin. This could be due to insurance reasons or trying to make a car sound more powerful than it really was (like the '99 Mustang Cobra with the 320 HP engine that really only made 285-290 HP).
The only number that matters is the figuire on a dyno sheet.---Tom
