    500 Cubic Inches!

I can buy a 1975 cad fleetwood with a 500 cubic inch motor.
The car has been sitting for a long time, I'm just interested
in the motor and trans. What is this motor worth?

make shure the darn thing runs, after 10 years things can get kind of crusty and rusty. the prev ownerof my car let me get it started and checked comp and oil pressure before i handed over the cash.
mine had 140 - 150 comp and 25 lbs hot idle which seemed pretty good to me.

FYI, a 500 Caddy is smaller outside than a 454 Chevy, and lighter to boot. Plus you can get a "HAF A THOU" licence plate!
