327?
here`s another stupid ? I have a 327 that came in my merc ,but that`s all i know , i don`t know what it came out of and i don`t know if anything has been to it .The numbers on the block(3970010)tell me its a 68-69 out of a vette or camaro, but i need to know the rest of the specs, i`ve looked in my chilton`s book and it shows 5 327`s those years , so is there any way to tell which of the five i have. Also ive been told the sub frame and rear end came out of a 72 nova, could the engine be out of that to?

You're welcome Mike, glad it worked out for you. Roger, it's taken a few years but my inventory of excess parts has shrunk a fair bit from 1 1/2 garage stalls to about an eight by eight space. ...
