    Question engine conversion

     



    Another new guy with a question--

    Got a 53 buick with a straight eight. Runs great. lots of old iron!

    Just purchased a "built" 455! How difficult is the swap (with a turbo 400 attached) I am older, but new at doing this stuff myself!

    Just some general ideas if you have them

    Sounds like a nice swap, just break out the tape measure and have at it. Should be plenty of room fore and aft. Iwould expect things to get a little tight on the drivers side.
