    it needs some work they are ok. but what do you want to do with it? the base plate looks bad? will it move or is it lockup? if you want to put some time in it and rebuild kit it will work ok but . this is hard to say what the inside looks like?

    The baseplate moves freely, and i was just wondering if there was anything i could switch out on it to perform better.
