Do they still have this motor?

Are chevy 427 long blocks still available to buy? And are they relatively cheap? like not some crazy 5000$ investment per say..

I was thinking after I get the body work done on my car I may build an Impala SS 4-Door "Clone"

If you are talking "old school" big blocks, they are primarily boneyard or swap meet items. There are a few retail engines available already built to the max and ready to drop in but you can easily invest 9k to 12k to start.

I think there are some "truck" tall deck 427's that you can build to suit your needs, once again they would be found in the boneyards/swaps. Haven't researched these but have heard of them.

    Longblock: $1,590
    Core deposit: $2,700
    shipping: $265*

does that mean if i want to buy the 427 i have to pay.. 1,590 + 2,700?
