    flywheel?

i was changing the oil in my truck and i noticed some wear on the fly wheel.
is it normal for the fly wheels edges to become rounded over time? starter prblems maybe?

It's normal wear from the starter engaging the ring gear on the flywheel/flexplate. Eventually it will get bad enough the starter will grind/slip on the worn teeth. Then you'll have to replace it. Usually takes a long time to get that bad tho.
