Thats the fun with building your own engine you get to make decisions, start asking yourself questios about what youwant to do with this motor in the future do you want to keep it, sell it, maybe modify it some more put different cams or heads on it. Start asking these questions now it will probably influence you on which pathway you take. Grind the rods or small base circle cam ?"aerodynamics are for people who cant build engines"

Looks like im going to grind the rods, that picture really helped, seems like its really not complicated at all. Also because I already bought comp cams extreme energy pushrods, and dont feel like returning and al that crap. Ive already had a couple mishaps that cost me a few hundred already. At least the short block is just about wrapped up, the top end should be fairly easy.My cars, projects, and builds.
