More power
I have a 97 mitsubishi eclipse, this is my first car and it is really really slow. I am only 16 and my mom wont let me sell the car to get something that I like because she got the car for me, so I decided to try and make the engine more powerfull. It seems like all of the addons that I have seen for my engine are really expensive and they only add like 10 horse power. I was wondering if anyone knows a more powerfull engine that I could drop in there that would work.$TBONE$

Streets is right but if you want to get some EZ HP put an K&N air kit on it and put i nice exhaust system on it that would help.Jr Racer 6885

An added bonus of the fart can is an insta-orgasm every time you goose it. Vibrates them cojones pretty good, so I'm told.
Seriously, though, Streets has the right idea. Learn to drive good, save you money til later. Then when you hit 18, fix it up like you want to. Then you will have the money to do it. Take a few auto tech classes to learn bout it, then by the time you are allowed to do it, you will be able to.
Depending on the year of your car, this may work or not. The later the year, the better. You have probably seen those instant 10 HP boxes you can use on your car on ebay. It amounts to a $.50 cent resistor jobbed into the air temp sensor available at radio shack. Fools your car into thinking it is getting cooler air, so it will run richer. Look it up on the internet. I'm not going to post a link cuz I don't want to be the one to get you in trouble. Fast, cheap, easily reversable if your mom wants to take a look.
Yep. And I seem to move 1 thing and it displaces something else with 1/2 of that landing on the workbench and then I forgot where I was going with this other thing and I'll see something else that...
