When you re-assembled it did you pay attention to the "thrust side" of the connecting rod?
If you have the rods in the engine backward you might not be able to turn the engine over.

check your timing chain as well if u have the valve train in the motor already...make sure the timing marks on the cam gear and the crank gear line up

Did you lube the pistons when you installed them?
