welding is the only thing that would stay i would not use it but they make a hi heat they say can be used in a ex port moroso sell some stuff have used the A-B stuff on the intake ports but in time it will work out

i have never had luck using chem patchers on exhaust, the only thing that can really withstand the heat is welding itjust because your car is faster, doesn't mean i cant outdrive you... give me a curvy mountain road and i'll beat you any day

were is the hole if thru the head bolt you can run a brass liner a tube that gets push in and then broach in or if just EX gas you can weld nickel or use brazing filler rod or if it is in water you could weld or plug with i pipe plug if there is any room to drill/tap if you grinded thru then there are junk the cast may be to thin to do any thing to and make it very hard to weld

im tryying to fill the cross over ports and egr ports. and level out some other stuff in the port...

just use a gasket with out on ex cross in it you would be asking for trouble trying to fill it

yep, just gasket over it. In time, as the engine runs, the ports will fill in with carbon deposits..
Education is expensive. Keep that in mind, and you'll never be terribly upset when a project goes awry.

yup if your manifold lacks the port then the gasket should be trouble free to block her up.......on one motor i did weld in a small piece of sheetmetal to cover the hole and then gasket over it..... worked fine but totally not neccisaryjust because your car is faster, doesn't mean i cant outdrive you... give me a curvy mountain road and i'll beat you any day
Thank you Roger. .
