tHE PISTONS ARE ABOUT .020 FROM THE TOP. THE ENGINE WAS SUPPOSED TO BE OUT OF A 1973 FORD PICKUP. I CAN'T REALLY FIND ANY NUMBERS ON THE BLOCK TO KNOW WHAT IT IS. IT HAD A 2 BARRELL INTAKE AND TRUCK EXHAUST MANIFOLDS. I'VE GOT THE NUMBERS AT HOME FOR THE HEADS BUT I THINK THEY WERE C8AE-H. I CAN'T FIND ANY NUMBERS ON THE CRANK AND THE RODS ARE ALREADY INSTALLED AND I CAN'T SEE ANY NUMBERS ON THEM. MY PISTONS ARE 390 FORGED WITH THE 4 RELIEFS FOR THE VALVES.
