Welcome to the forum! First, it works a lot better to start a new thread than pullling up a thread from seven years ago and tagging your question onto the end, especially if you want ongoing discussion on a question.
From what I know, the number you've posted is a basic casting number, and the only things it tells you are:
C - 60's decade
3 - third year, '63
A - generic full size Ford application
E - component type, Engine
6015 - Engine Base Assembly (block)
F - 6th engineering variation of the part
You need to look at the "Vehicle Warranty Number" (VIN), 5th position letter to see which engine came in the car originally.Roger
