which is the all around better motor and which one can u modifiy or up grade the easiest

Pfunk...throw us a bone here. We have good techs here but none that can read minds very well. What have you got as a car? What do you wish to do with it? Way too many options and opinions out there. So help us out, give us some info and you will get a bunch of good responses.

If you're referring to the old Vette crossfire system, they were junk IMO!!! Friend had one on his, it was a rare occasion that it actually worked correctly. However I would imagine as with many things electronic, they have improved a ton since chebbie tried it on the Vettes....

i have a 84 corvette it has a crossfire 350 in it can get a 350 tpi for it but i want to know what will be a better motor the tpi or the crossfire also which one can i easily get more power out of

I've got an 85 with a L98 TPI and I can tell you it is a lot easier to get power from a TPI than a Crossfire.Speed parts are a lot more readily available for the TPI's.My brother in law has an 84 with a crossfire in it which he refers to as a "ceasefire injection".They just don't breathe well.

The old vette "cease fire" is pretty much a forgotten relic....Lots of good electronics and hard parts for the TPI systems.... IMO a TPI system would be much better. Pedal the old cease fire to one of the restoration freaks.....

Dave is right,I think you would be ahead trying to sell it to someone that wants an original motor for their Vette.Just my opinion.Check out www.tpis.com. They have lots of parts and tech info on the TPI motors.
