    Headers for an Oldsmobile?

    Hello,

I have a 66 olds cutlass with a 330 small block, and I'm having trouble finding headers that apply to both the year AND engine size. Did anyone else have the same problem, can anyone point me in the right direction?

My Son had a '65 Olds with a 425, which I think shares many parts of your 330. We never could find headers for it. Hedman shows headers for 67 up 350, but not your 330.

We finally just had a free flowing dual setup made with turbo mufflers. Somebody may make them, but I don't know who they are. You might start contacting all the major guys like Headers by Ed, Hedman, S and S, etc.

If worst comes to worst, the duals are really ok for this engine, and cast manifolds tend to be better street units anyway.

Someone else on another forum posted this:

I thought it was a good find, however expensive

Many years ago, I needed 455 Olds headers for a project ('82 Pont Grand Safari wagon). Ck with PAW in Cali. They had a set off the shelf that worked. Don't remember the brand,. but they were well built. D

No one makes headers for my 371 Olds either, but I did not choose to go that route.

If you can't find a manufactured set, check into having them custom fabbed. Some builders do it all of the time.

i have a set for a 65 cutlass 330. i bought them 30 years ago. but i swaped in a400/375 hp. 1965 w/4-speed and they bolted up to the 400 with no problem. so i looked up the headers in one of my old catalogs and they listed them for 350-455 from 1965-1977. the catalog was from 1981.
