    Is it the 265 block with no oil filter provision? If so, it should also have a raised shoulder just below the head mating surface (above the freeze plugs). If it were mine, I would try EGAY and really feature the "original" and "early" words and the lack of oil filter. If the restorer guys dont bite, then some nimrod may want it because of its "uniqueness" or something like that. Most of these were melted down to make water pipe years ago.

    OOPS...just looked on EBAY....a complete, newly rebuilt 265 has zero bids at $1500. This tells me that it isnt worth the effort to try to sell it there.
