Sounds like the old "death rattle" from detonation.....If it is, and it continues the next sound you hear will be someone playing taps for your dearly departed engine innards......
How's about some more info on the engine???? What's the CR, cam specs, what heads and pistons, etc......Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, Live for Today!
